

CANCELLATION POLICY

1. Arrival Time:
Please ensure you arrive at the salon at least 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. We value punctuality and want to ensure your experience is smooth and enjoyable.

2. Appointment Hold:
We will hold your appointment time for a maximum of 10 minutes. If you anticipate being delayed, please contact us as soon as possible to make arrangements.

3. Cancellation Notice:
Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours before your scheduled appointment time. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a surcharge equivalent to 50% of the missed appointment fee, in addition to your next scheduled appointment.

4. Late Arrival:
If you arrive more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, it will be considered void. Late arrivals disrupt our schedule and inconvenience other clients.

5. Cancellation Procedure:
To cancel your appointment, please contact the shop directly by calling us or sending a message via our Instagram page. We kindly request that you provide your name and appointment details for prompt assistance.

We kindly advise that due to the dynamic nature of our business, your appointment may run beyond the initially allocated time. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your patience and understanding.
